This role plays a critical part in identifying discrepancies in package data (weight, dimensions, service level) to prevent reputed company loss while maintaining safe and efficient operations.Responsibilities:
Accurately reputed company, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).
Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service reputed company, or missing data.
