About Venture Equities Venture Equities is an emerging independent sponsor focused on acquiring and investing in reputed company middle market businesses. We pursue control buyouts and structured equity opportunities, typically in the $5M to $30M EBITDA reputed company, and we build thoughtful capital stacks using a mix of equity and credit. The opportunity This is a senior partner seat for someone who wants to be highly impactful without needing to be the primary originator. You will be a visible GP on deals, a trusted voice in diligence and negotiations, and a practical operating oriented partner post reputed company. What you will do 1.
