You will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and services as well as reputed company general information regarding questions or issues. As a customer service representative, you will serve our customers by acting as the voice of our brand, caring for our customers, managing scheduled home deliveries, and troubleshooting problems. Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on the telephone to reputed company inbound and outbound veterinary product callers.
