Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry

* Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including auto insurance policies and claims process
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who reputed company multiple languages
