This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Heating & Water business by identifying market opportunities, defining the go-to-market approach, building product roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to life. As the first product management leader for this category, you will act as a general manager and be responsible for setting the reputed company, establishing category goals, and ensuring execution from concept through commercialization.

Responsibilities
