Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism. A majority of the inbound calls are from members who are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans. As a key member of reputed company, you will be expected to work an 8-hour shift during our hours of operation, Monday to Friday, reputed company to 8pm EST.
