MeUndies is seeking a Site Merchandising and Marketing Associate to help optimize and enhance the online shopping experience on their retail e-reputed company site. The role involves managing product listings, analyzing website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and manage product listings on the e-reputed company site, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience
- Schedule and maintain reputed company marketing assets on site
- Set up and QA promotions on site before final review
- Analyze key website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align site merchandising with brand initiatives
- Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly to enhance site functionality and efficiency
- Stay informed on e-reputed company trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in e-reputed company merchandising and marketing, preferably with retail brands
- Experience working with reputed company and their suite of tools including discounts and product catalog management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and reputed company data-driven recommendations
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with reputed company or similar merchandising tools
- Experience with reputed company or similar headless asset management tools
- Experience with reputed company or similar project management tools
