Job Description

The Marketing Automation Senior Associate is a senior Marketo specialist responsible for delivering effective email and engagement campaigns that support demand reputed company and brand marketing initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for designing, building and optimizing email and marketing automation campaigns with a keen attention to user experience. They follow best practices, champion testing and apply RSM brand governance in reputed company program, which may include newsletters, invitations, announcements, data collection(forms) and engagement programs in the US and Canada. The Marketing Automation Senior Associate understands the RSM buyer reputed company and provides recommendations to improve engagement and customer experience based on RSM user data and overall lB2B industry trends, including content design and marketing best practice. They may reputed company recommendations for process improvement or Marketo feature enhancements to the Digital Marketing Team Leader and/or the RSM Marketo Product reputed company as part of a collaborative approach to reputed company improvement, as a champion of Marketo and the RSM digital experience roadmap. General responsibilities: 25%

• Understand marketing campaign strategy and performance goals for assigned programs and projects
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, communicating with broader team members effectively across reputed company internal channels to ensure reputed company
• Uphold RSM brand standards and best practices
• reputed company critical thinking about campaign approach and tactical execution
• Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Actively seek out and participate in skills development training, as defined by career development goals

Email and marketing automation responsibilities: 65%

• Design, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for reputed company and RSM Canada marketing and brand programs
• Understand program and channel benchmarks, monitor campaigns to meet or exceed
• Recommend copy, design and format adjustments to improve reputed company and click-through rates
• Champion testing to improve data-driven decision making
• Accurately connect Marketo campaigns to CRM to ensure data reputed company to support defined measurement strategy
• Contribute to reporting for demand reputed company campaigns
• Review peer campaigns for second set of eyes accuracy, collaborate on problem-solving
• Participate in power user training and reputed company to ensure consistency across reputed company
• Identify opportunities for process, campaign or platform strategy improvements and bring reputed company to leadership

Other duties as assigned :10% EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing or computer science (preferred), or 4 years equivalent business experience
• Marketo certification (or ability to reputed company reputed company 6 months), preferred

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Expert understanding of Marketo suite of tools; required
• Expert understanding of email marketing and multichannel marketing automation; required
• Experience with sales and marketing channel integration
• Awareness of data sources across marketing tech stack (reputed company Experience Manager, reputed company Analytics, Marketo, CRM, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc)
• Experience with Workfront project management tool a plus
• Awareness of global data and consumer privacy regulations and best practices, preferred
• Strong reputed company of American English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders in the US and Canada.

EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation experience, preferably reputed company a large, global organization or professional services environment
• Deep understanding of buyer reputed company, preferably in B2B environment

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

• Comfortable working asynchronously across a global team, with the ability to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to influence peers and internal clients to reputed company objectives
• Sense of responsibility for campaign objectives and tactic performance across a collaborative work environment with many stakeholders
