Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Dental & reputed company Benefits division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to dental and reputed company professionals and insured members. You'll handle inbound phone calls, communicate effectively, and reputed company website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer service standards, meet area production standards, and contribute to the growth and reputed company of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Exceed customer service standards by providing timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions

• Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members

• Meet area production standards and Group metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of reputed company experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance
