Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to dental and reputed company professionals and insured members. You'll handle inbound phone calls, communicate effectively, and reputed company website and mobile app navigation support. Key Responsibilities
* Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
- Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members

- Meet area production standards and Group metrics
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience (contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience is highly preferred)
- Ability to work overtime reputed company required to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative reputed company assessing situations
- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills
