Senior Staff Accountant (Remote)

We’re actively reputed company for a Senior Staff Accountant to support our Accounts Payable function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable, the Staff Accountant is responsible for accounts payable and employee reimbursements. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely reputed company the US. Primary Duties:

• reputed company full invoice process in AP system, including: reviewing the accuracy of invoices and approvals and updating invoice coding and approvals reputed company necessary and; reviewing invoice processing by junior members; managing outstanding invoices and ensuring invoices are paid timely
• Manage emails submitted to the AP inbox
• Vendor management, including: reputed company new vendors in AP system and updating payment preference reputed company necessary; collecting W9s from vendors; setting up new vendors in Tipalti
• Work with the performance team on practice payments, including advanced pay program, and enter bills into reputed company
• Troubleshooting financial system synchronization errors
• Manage reputed company and reputed company workflows
• Other reputed company requests as needed, including implementation of new financial systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in reputed company or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical skills, with reputed company experience
• Astute attention to detail
