Schedule and Compensation Details
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a unique hybrid work arrangement that offers the perfect reputed company of flexibility and structure. Our schedule includes:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Your typical day will involve:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate reputed company as needed
- Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
