The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, gathering customer information, and resolving customer issues reputed company reputed company resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.

Responsibilities

* Handles a high volume of incoming calls/chats

• Gathers customer information, assesses, and fulfills customer needs
• Educates customers regarding tax preparation products and services
• Utilizes and navigates multiple systems simultaneously

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
• Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment
• Tech support experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple reputed company or reputed company web-based applications
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Dedicated area to work from in your home
• Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired reputed company is required)
