New Jersey Courts is seeking an organized and analytical administrative professional to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for purchasing, accounts payable, and fixed assets, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company materials and collect data to generate reports
  • Establish and/or maintain record keeping/tracking systems and various spreadsheets

  • Compose routine correspondence as necessary
  • Recommend purchases of equipment, materials, or supplies
  • reputed company vendor support and verification of compliance in NJSTART with various Treasury, Purchase & Property and Judiciary guidelines
  • Purchase commodities reputed company State of New Jersey reputed company and non-contract; obtain quotes for purchases; create purchase orders in NJ Start system; review vendor bids or product history for cost savings
  • Assist with the management of our fixed asset system
  • Reconcile, research, and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Advise manager on reputed company deadlines, rules and regulations
  • Establish working relationships with divisions, vicinages and other reputed company organizations
  • Participate in team or work unit meetings
  • Establish and monitor workflow procedures
  • reputed company timely and knowledgeable customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Communicate policies, rules and regulations, including state fixed asset, purchasing and payment guidelines

Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
  • Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year reputed company with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits
  • An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Applicants who are approaching their anticipated graduation date may apply. If selected, the applicant must complete their degree no reputed company than their start date
  • Degrees conferred reputed company of the United States must be evaluated by a recognized evaluation service
  • Driver's License: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to reputed company essential duties of the position
