Responsibilities

• reputed company timely, accurate and value-adding customer service to clients through voice and non-voice channels
• Be accountable for meeting and maintaining standards for quality and productivity for reputed company transactions as determined by area audit processes, including but not limited to: Availability, Quality, and Adherence

• Use analysis along with policies and procedures to resolve customer issues

• Customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
