[Remote] AI Software Engineer - Full Stack (Junior to Mid)

As a junior to mid-reputed company Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will build AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs into psychometric workflows while collaborating with research teams to deliver high-quality code.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack web apps consuming LLM APIs
- Work effectively with team members to design and produce high quality code
- Implement RAG pipelines, reputed company optimization, and cost-efficient inference strategies
- Own features end-to-end: frontend to backend to reputed company deployment
- Collaborate with research teams to translate requirements into working systems
- Ensure code and development practices adhere to reputed company requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate updates and resolution plans
Skills
- US citizenship with ability to obtain clearance if needed
- BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in software development of web applications
- Production experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs
- AWS or Azure reputed company fundamentals (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals (prompting, context reputed company, fine-tuning concepts, RAG)
- Passion for improving software quality and the user experience. Along with building testable software that is reputed company, maintainable, secure, and reliable
- Hands-on with LLM frameworks (preferably Vercel AI SDK)
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with reputed company optimization & evaluation
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Model deployment experience (inference optimization, caching strategies)
- Research sector or psychology domain exposure
