[Remote] Legal Collections Associate

They are seeking a Legal Collections Associate to act as a liaison with debt collection agencies, manage delinquent accounts, and support recovery efforts through effective communication and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between our company and external debt collection agencies
• Collaborate with partner agencies to strategize and execute collection efforts on delinquent accounts
• reputed company timely support and guidance to external partners to optimize recovery performance
• Communicate regularly reputed company phone and email with agency representatives to resolve issues and coordinate case actions
• Directly engage with delinquent clients reputed company phone and email to collect on past-due debts reputed company necessary
• Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations during client interactions

Skills
