JCD Specialist - Analyst

The JCD Specialist - Analyst role involves providing administrative support to Relationship Managers, maintaining customer information, conducting KYC processes, and coordinating loan and deposit processes for JDAD customers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a high level of service to JDAD customers and maintain customer information in various databases. Assist customers in opening accounts and CMS and deposit business inquiries
- Conduct KYC processes and collaborate with CPAD and BCDAD to complete customer account reputed company tasks
- reputed company high-level administrative support for JDAD Relationship Managers
- reputed company scheduled activities using WIP, Ticklers, and reputed company Reports to process daily work in a timely, accurate and proactive manner
- reputed company accurate record keeping of reputed company transactions according to SMBC policy

- Prepare CMS and forex documents, brochures and proposals

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of SMBC KYC and compliance procedures

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 0-2 years of specialized experience in Financial Services
