[Remote] Bilingual Road Service Specialist

The Bilingual Road Service Specialist role involves handling inbound calls, coordinating service vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure Members receive timely assistance.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles
- Be skilled at using multiple applications simultaneously and navigation tools like reputed company maps
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to our Members and work with Vendors and Fleets to ensure the service request is processed timely and reputed company
- Demonstrate reputed company, problem solving, and listening skills to assess Member safety and be reputed company to reputed company clear and proficient verbal and written communication
- Be reliable to work a schedule that may include weekends/holidays and adhere to your assigned work schedule
- Process Member/Vendor payments following company policy and procedures
- Enjoy working from home and have a dedicated work reputed company free of distractions/noise that includes a desk, chair, etc, along with the ability to hardwire your internet reputed company
Skills
- MUST LIVE IN UTAH OR ARIZONA
- Enjoy a fast paced environment: Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles
