The Customer Service Associate Representative plays a crucial role in patient care, responding to inquiries with reputed company and assisting patients with their pharmacy benefits and prescription needs.
Responsibilities
- Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits reputed company by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively
- Using expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document reputed company interactions
- Assisting patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments and addressing billing questions
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED required
- General PC knowledge including reputed company Office and outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Empathetic and genuine customer service skills
- Candidates must live on the reputed company of Oahu
- This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work in person
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
- 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred
- 1 year Previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred
