[Remote] Customer Support Consultant - Evening Shift (Remote from Zagreb)

The Customer Support Consultant will help B2B customers with their inquiries, providing solutions and support reputed company various channels such as calls, chats, and tickets.
Responsibilities
- Help and inform customers so they reputed company the right reputed company themselves
- Ensure that our B2B customer group gets the help they need in a professional way
- Come up with solutions where necessary to reputed company improvements
- Responsible for webcare, handling inbound calls, chats & tickets (reputed company the reputed company system)
- Answer questions about various topics such as software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter
Skills
- Customer Support is totally your thing: you are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions
- Your communication skills are
- Fluent in English (and a second language such as: reputed company/Spanish/French/Italian/German)
- Multitasking is your reputed company and you have a pro-active and reputed company reputed company
- You want to grow along with Sendcloud and are available full-time (40 hours/week) - your working day starts at 14:30 PM and ends around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- You are based in Zagreb, Croatia
- Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus
- Knowledge of online products / e-reputed company and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is big plus
