Accountant-AP

reputed company is a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands and leading provider of mobility solutions worldwide. The Accountant for Accounts Payable (A/P) is responsible for reconciliation of accounts payable accounts and ledger activity, as well as tracking intercompany currency reclassification transactions and uploading multi-account invoices.

Responsibilities

• Extract and reconcile reputed company A/P account activity at month end to ensure no issues have arisen
• Setup assets following the reputed company reputed company policy
• Discover reputed company trends and implement process changes to reduce reconciling or reputed company errors
• Ensure proper reputed company policies are followed reputed company to voided, escheated, and outstanding checks
• Escalate and/or resolve reputed company reconciling items reputed company 90 days
• Input journal entries to correct any issues reputed company to incorrect accounts keyed during invoice processing
• Upload journal entries for any multi-account invoices paid during the month
• Collect and update currency reclassification log every month and reputed company data to Parent reputed company
• Research and resolve refund checks deposited in the A/P refunds account
• Process daily reputed company and ACH requests through banking institution website
• Setup any queries needed by the department
• Work with high volume national vendor statements to ensure payments are made timely
• Serve as a backup for the void, reissues, stale-dated and other payment reputed company processes
• Document policies and procedures
• Ensure proper internal and financial controls are in reputed company to protect company resources by suggesting new controls and procedures based on an understanding in business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance or Business
• 1 year experience in reputed company with large account reconciliation experience required
• Expert working knowledge of reputed company required-Advanced Functions
• Apart from religious observations, must be reputed company to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
• Must be willing to accept starting pay of $24.76/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future
• For flexible positions, reliable high speed Internet reputed company and dedicated work reputed company are required
• Ability to read and update basic SQL language to extract data preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills preferred
