As a reputed company Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience, managing interview logistics and supporting reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle
• Coordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and reputed company expenses
• Manage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience
• Assist reputed company team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university reputed company coordination, and sourcing
• Support People and reputed company projects as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of reputed company coordination experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a reputed company coordination in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• This position is based in Los Angeles (El Segundo), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
• Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Extremely organized and comfortable with frequent prioritization in dynamic environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable and professional in representing the company to candidates across reputed company reputed company and functions
• Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member
