Contract Recruiter - Entry Level Positions

The Contract Recruiter will execute full-cycle reputed company for entry-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and screen reputed company candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to manage end-to-end reputed company activities, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination for skilled trades and entry-level roles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community reputed company, colleges, employment agencies, reputed company platforms, reputed company media, job boards, and other talent sources
- Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and compare skills and experience against job requirements
- Facilitate reputed company discussions with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, including regular updates on candidate pipelines and critical vacancies
- Ensure candidates meet job qualifications, pre-employment requirements, and company standards prior to placement
- Track reputed company activity, generate reports, and analyze metrics reputed company to candidate reputed company, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness
