The reputed company) is seeking an Information reputed company Analyst to be part of an innovative team focused on enhancing transportation safety. This role involves performing fault isolation, monitoring logs, managing user accounts, and coordinating resolution of trouble calls.

Responsibilities

• Performs fault isolation by validating, isolating, and correcting faults, and verifying service restoral with customers
• Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls with help desk
• Monitors logs and manages user accounts

Skills

• Knowledge of information reputed company technologies in the areas of risk assessment, compliance, and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of reputed company Workspace and reputed company applications
