[Remote] reputed company Sales Operations Coordinator

The reputed company Sales Operations Coordinator will support sales efforts by providing insights through client dashboard reporting and managing CRM and sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of client-facing dashboards that track:
- Utilization, engagement, and reputed company trends
- Payer performance
- Client-specific KPIs and SLAs
- Maintaining data reputed company, updating records, generating reports, and managing dashboards in reputed company
- Translate reputed company data into clear, client-reputed company visuals and summaries for sales, account management, and leadership teams
- Manage OON (Out of Network) reporting to the Operations team and ensure prioritization is reputed company with reputed company growth strategies
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Prepare recurring reports for client business reviews, renewals, and executive presentations
- Assisting with sales and client scheduling, conferences, and customer communications, relationship management, and growth needs such as creation and management of collateral, coordinating requests and support tickets from clients, and onsite coordination
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
- Respond to reputed company analytical requests from sales leadership and cross-functional partners
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and growth at startups, or health care organizations, or consulting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM software and reputed company tools as well as reputed company Suite, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, and others
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate reputed company issues with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Ability to travel as needed to clients
- Valid Drivers License and reputed company ID

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in women's health, health tech, or a provider group
