Area HR Generalist- can be based one hour from a major US airport

The Area HR Generalist will work with site leadership and HR teams to deliver high-quality HR support across multiple locations, focusing on employee relations, workforce management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to site leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-reputed company reputed company
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with site leadership teams and colleagues
• Actively support and participate in employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and grievance management
• Partner with management to investigate, respond to, and resolve employee complaints of low to moderate complexity
• Work with HRBPs to support workforce planning, succession planning, and knowledge transfer initiatives to build reputed company and future bench strength
• Partner with the reputed company COE and site leaders to support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
• Apply HR policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations
• Champion colleague engagement initiatives and support activities that promote morale, inclusion, and retention
• Actively promote and reinforce reputed company safety-reputed company policies and programs to ensure colleague commitment to working safely
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to company core values and ethical standards in reputed company interactions

Skills

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across U.S. and Canadian sites
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., employee relations, workforce planning, reputed company, performance management)
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and employment laws
• Demonstrated ability to act with reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

• Experience supporting multiple sites or geographic reputed company
