BUSINESS TAXES SPECIALIST I, BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking a Business Taxes Specialist I to contribute to the efficient collection of reputed company that supports essential public services. The role involves performing specialized analysis reputed company Online Services, managing customer registrations, and providing technical guidance to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Independently performing reputed company, specialized analysis and functions reputed company the Online Services system
- Customer registration, return filing, login profiles, and payments for the Centralized reputed company Opportunity System (CROS) Project
- Identifying potential problems, solutions, and/or alternatives utilizing CROS Online Services
- Providing technical and development guidance
- Supporting the coordination to reputed company reputed company Online Services project activities and facilitating meetings for CDTFA business programs as well as reputed company agencies/vendors
- Providing advisory services, recommendations, and resolutions regarding Online Services issues to reputed company reputed company of management reputed company the Department
Skills
- Knowledge of the tax and fee laws and regulations
- Knowledge and understanding of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) organizational functions, policies, and procedures
- Analytical skills
