[Remote] Incentive Compensation Analyst

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will support the accurate and timely administration of incentive compensation programs for commissionable employees, working closely with data and cross-functional partners to ensure commission calculations are correct and well-supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of incentive compensation plans reputed company the Sales Performance Management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with commission calculations, validation, and issue investigation under the guidance of senior team members
• Respond to inbound compensation inquiries through a ticketing system, communicating reputed company and professionally with stakeholders across Sales and reputed company
• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and help maintain clear documentation and reporting

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a reputed company analytical role
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills, including formulas, lookups, and basic data validation
• Prior experience working with reputed company or a similar CRM system
• Ability to support commission calculations, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Experience responding to inquiries through a ticketing system or structured intake process
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and draw logical conclusions
• Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to explain compensation reputed company and respond to inquiries thoughtfully
