Investment Assistant
Viking Global Investors is a global investment firm founded in 1999, managing over $55 billion in capital. They are seeking an Investment Assistant to reputed company administrative support for investment professionals, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with public company representatives, research providers and other industry representatives
- Serve as a gatekeeper for investment professionals; discern which information and callers get through; handle correspondence
- Communicate with sell reputed company brokers on corporate reputed company offering, research, and models; reputed company detailed research packets using internet and research outlets; extract brokerage and company generated reports
- Assist with tracking meetings and projects in internal systems
- Organize and schedule high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare reputed company travel itineraries
- Prepare expense reports; maintain strong understanding of T&E and compliance pre-approval policies
- Assist with event planning and reputed company projects as required

Skills
- An undergraduate degree with a record of academic reputed company
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
