They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Concierge Service Provider to promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes reputed company, establish business relationships, and reputed company sales forecasts. The role involves managing customer relationships, maintaining sales records, and participating in training and sales meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
  • Establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales reputed company of the promoted product
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company sales activities
  • Consistently meeting/exceeding defined territory sales goals
  • Maintaining and updating reputed company and prospective reputed company Prescriber profiles

  • Planning and organizing Territory to meet sales and call targets
  • Making sales presentations (Details)

  • Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
  • Participating or coordinating virtual and live lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
  • Having appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts
  • Ability to collaborate

Skills

  • Four-year College Degree required
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/ Virtual Engagement experience, B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience maintaining accurate records of reputed company sales activities
  • Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
  • Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and convey accurate reputed company product-reputed company information to reputed company, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner
  • Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
