- *Your Core Responsibilities** Contract-to-reputed company Management (Indiana Required):
- Manage Indiana-specific reputed company estate forms, disclosures, and transaction timelines
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, HOAs, and reputed company agents
- Track and manage inspection responses, appraisal gaps, amendments, reputed company money, and closing disclosures
- Ensure compliance with IAR forms, and brokerage policies
