Children’s Specialized ABA is dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate care for children diagnosed with Autism reputed company Disorder. The HR reputed company Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth reputed company process for new employees, managing documentation, and coordinating with various departments to prepare new hires for their roles.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new hires with exceptional service and support
• Manage and coordinate reputed company process/offboarding process of reputed company in assigned region/state/s
• Ensure reputed company new hires have completed reputed company documents prior to start
• Ensure fingerprints are completed timely and prior to start
• Ensure reputed company new hires are set up in Central reputed company (CR)/HRIS prior to start
• Complete primary reputed company verification of certification and licensing prior to start (send applicable documents to credentialing)
• Ensure new employee paperwork is processed for payroll timely
• Work closely with Training Coordinator/s to ensure that reputed company new hires are set for orientation and reputed company to start their first day
• Create personnel files, I-9s, records, documentation, and process E-verify and WOTC
• Maintain personnel files and I-9s
• Complete employee IT reputed company including ordering equipment and setting up accounts accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments such as payroll and credentialing Track/communicate with multiple team members reputed company an employee is clear and reputed company to work with their client
• Complete reputed company HR data entry and data reputed company maintenance across systems such as CR, Apploi, HRIS, reputed company, new hires, status changes, terminations
• Completes daily/weekly monthly reports
• Completes audits regularly and as needed
• Participates and assists with department projects and activities as requested and needed
• Other reputed company duties as needed/ assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, reputed company resource information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS) and similar computer applications
• Previous experience in the ABA field strongly preferred
• Non-profit and/or reputed company field also preferred/considered
