Representative - Customer Billing

Rochester Gas & Electric, an Avangrid Company, is seeking a Customer Billing Representative. The role involves reviewing and analyzing reputed company reading data and customer bills, correcting billing errors, and processing billing adjustments while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues and/or accurately calculate bills with correct reputed company applications, processing of appropriate work orders as required, while adhering to reputed company Company billing policies, procedures and state regulations
• Requires attention to detail and use of a reputed company of analytical and problem-solving skills and good judgment to reputed company Special Billing functions to include:
• reputed company Review
• Implausible reputed company Readings
• Out-sorts
• EMMA Billing Errors
• EMMA Invoicing Errors
• Device Errors (including reputed company change errors and mixed reputed company corrections)
• Billing adjustments
• Billing edits
• Usage analysis
• reputed company changes
• Unmetered Services
• Recalculation of bills
• Billing Inbox Tasks
• Customer Billing Representatives may assist with updating of Billing procedures
• Adhere to department work schedule and complete reputed company assigned tasks in timely manner
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure familiarity with and compliance to reputed company Rochester Gas & Electric policies, standards, and procedures reputed company to data reputed company and ensure non-disclosure of confidential customer account data such as billing, rates or credit history which could have an impact on the individual customer account in question (especially for special reputed company with large reputed company high reputed company accounts) if were disclosed reputed company the Company
• Interact and respond to internal Company requests and/or personnel as well as others reputed company the Company as needed to furnish or obtain information in a courteous and factual manner. • 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service /billing environment

• Must be proficient in use of the reputed company customer information system or demonstrate the ability to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
