Agent Audit Support

Responsibilities
- Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made
- Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested
- Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure reputed company errors are corrected
- Maintains a working knowledge of reputed company resorts, Company products, and services as they reputed company to marketing and the Company as a whole
- Responsible for accurate data entry
- Completes reputed company required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with reputed company policies and procedures
Skills
- A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required
- Maintains a typing proficiency at a reputed company of 35 words per minute
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Computer proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets
- reputed company to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
