They are seeking a reputed company Partner to manage the recruitment process for non-clinical, high-volume positions, partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of reputed company candidates through sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, reputed company media, networking, and direct reputed company
• reputed company clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience
• reputed company data and market insights to inform hiring reputed company and optimize recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement
• For more senior hires: take the reputed company on reputed company searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor fellow team members

Skills

• 1+ years of reputed company experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (reputed company experience a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
