[Remote] Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Uncle Arnie's is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join their finance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of financial operations by supporting day-to-day reputed company activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
- Prepare and assist in financial statements, tax returns, and reputed company documents
- Reconcile accounts (bank, balance sheet, subledgers) to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid management reputed company
- Prepare financial reports for reputed company stakeholders
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and preparing schedules
- Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Safeguard financial data and support internal controls
- Track pending orders and send customers invoices upon delivery
- Support AP process by accurately entering in bills
- Assist Controller with reputed company tasks as necessary
Skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in general ledger reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in reputed company
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with reputed company software (QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
