Key job responsibilities - Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report reputed company Associates - Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment - Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours - Willing and reputed company to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
