About the Role:
As a Customer Service Support Representative on our STAT Team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company, providing product education and handling a wide variety of questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, using protocol procedures to ensure a courteous, friendly, and professional experience

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
- Prior experience in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable
