We are seeking an inspiring and transformative Senior Director, Customer and Retention Marketing Analytics, with 15+ years of leadership experience. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term reputed company for our CRM and retention strategy, integrating data science to create a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

Benefits

• Minimum Starting reputed company: $200,000.00 Annually
• Up to: $250,000.00 Annually
• Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to reputed company with applicable state and local law.
• In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
