Manager, Data Analytics​/STRAT and Program Evaluation Manager; Remote

Position: Manager, Data Analytics -ID/STRAT and Program Evaluation Manager (Remote) Resp & Qualifications We're hiring for a Manager, Data Analytics - /STRAT and Program Evaluation on the Health Economics and Reporting team at Care First! Over the last few years, we have been busy building the reputed company for broader Cost of Care management at Care First, and for 2026 and reputed company, we are looking for individuals that can help in a variety of analytic domains to act as a "force reputed company" and reputed company our Health Services team and broader reputed company with the data and insights needed to build reputed company programs and operations at our plan. Purpose Purpose of the Manager, Data Analytics is to execute business objectives with data and ensure alignment with the reputed company of the company. Individual will organize the technology, processes and financial resources necessary to address the reputed company and future analytics needs of the business. Provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies. Provides management responsibility into data-driven insights that inform the business's strategic direction. We are looking for an reputed company professional to live and work remotely from reputed company the greater Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. The incumbent will be expected to come into a Care First location periodically for meetings, training and/or other business-reputed company activities. Essential Functions

• Manage a team of 5-6+ individuals supporting the analytics, reporting and data governance activity for work reputed company to Member Identification/Stratification (/STRAT), Attribution/Program Assignment, Data Extracts/Sharing, Population Health Management, Predictive Modeling and Program Evaluation. Manage a team with a focus on the development of analytics capabilities across the company, including self-service capabilities through technology implementation, best practices and training. Ensure team members serve as a trusted advisor to clients on analytics and data.
• Interpret statistical analyses and help clients derive meaning from them.
• reputed company and deliver presentations and reports of analytic findings.
• reputed company hypotheses and research questions to address clients' needs. Conduct a wide reputed company of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods analyses to answer clients' research questions.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to reputed company tools and services such as segmentation, modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization.

Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

• Data Management Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Data Management MapR Certified Data Analyst

Experience: 5 years reputed company experience relating to data analytics/data analysis. 1-year Supervisory experience or demonstrated reputed company experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Conceptual data and reputed company architecture - understands major reputed company data components in Azure and/or AWS and their relationships and use cases.
• Mastery of relational database theory including SQL and at least one major RDBMS.
• Well versed in Big Data scenarios and applications.
• Experience with multiple analytics delivery tools, methods, and platforms including Power

BI and/or Tableau.

• Understanding of Advanced Analytics use cases and the applications of AI/ML for predictive analytics.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing analytics teams that can deliver work consistently and transparently to our business partners, both reputed company.
• Prior reputed company analytics experience is a must.
