[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment reputed company recommending appropriate solutions
• To fulfill customer requests, respond to inquiries/complaints, demonstrating due attention to customer care and a professional approach at reputed company times

Skills
