Assistant Project Manager (2nd/3rd Shift)

Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their innovative project management team. The role involves overseeing jobs, generating quotes, scheduling and coordinating with technicians, and managing multi-site projects to ensure successful reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and fluently build orders in service management system, with minimal errors. Consistently update system with clear, effective notes

• Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers. Confirm, review, and approve deliverables. Coordinate with manager on larger escalations

• Participate in the preparation and organization of project data, statuses, dashboards, and reporting for multi-site projects/rollouts
• Manage the day to day work of multi-site projects/rollouts

Skills

• High school diploma required
• 1+ year of applicable experience
• Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Computer proficiency in the use of email and reputed company Office

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
