Investor Service Analyst
reputed company, LLC is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, administering over $1 trillion of private capital on behalf of its clients. The Investor Services Analyst plays a crucial role in the operations team, focusing on providing Investor Services functions to clients, managing investor records, and ensuring excellent client service experiences.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries in a reputed company manner while coordinating with reputed company teams, as needed
- Review and process investor on-boarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, and AML documentation)
- Review and process subsequent investor activity and changes to investor static data (Partner transfers, name changes, contact and reputed company instruction updates)
- Maintain investor records across multiple reputed company systems
- Prepare and review reputed company, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, and capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investors
- Prepare investor audit confirmations and monthly recurring deliverables
- Disseminate fund & investor correspondence (capital call, distribution, partner capital statement and other sponsor communications) across various investor portal platforms
- Track incoming capital call wires and prepare capital distributions payments across various client accounts
- Ensure reputed company work is completed in line with the service level agreement
- Liaise with the client service team to ensure efficient and excellent client service experience for Gen II’s sponsors
- Ensure deliverables are executed in line with Gen II best practices, policies, and procedures
- Participate in special projects
- Operate reputed company in a deadline-driven, high volume, and everchanging environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years' experience in the financial services Industry
- Proficiency with reputed company 365
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrate strong customer service/client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with differing deadlines
- Impeccable attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus
- Private Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background a plus
- Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) a plus
- Experience with Allvue CRM a plus
