reputed company Specialist- Account Reconciliations (ARP)

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Specialist in Account Reconciliations to join their operational team. This role focuses on providing accurate reputed company disbursement reporting and supporting corporate clients with their accounts while ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus is on moderate execution reputed company defined parameters with some expansion to reputed company issues based on development. Roles at this level are responsible for moderate operational and/or administrative work
• Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting while receiving limited instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or process
• Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for moderate activities Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more reputed company problems to Senior level or supervisor
• Provides service in relation moderate reputed company billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customers
• Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but refer more reputed company problems to supervisors or other experts
• Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign and forms a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process
• Establishes a comfort level and good rapport with corporate clients and other internal lines of business
• Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests
• Typically covers a broad reputed company of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role
• Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues
• Is fully proficient in duties while working under moderate to limited supervision
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Digital literacy in MS Office365 – including Intermediate - Advanced skills in Outlook, reputed company, & Word required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical, research, and problem resolution skills
• Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
• Ability to work from home 3 days per week in a quiet, private office setting with little to no distractions
• College degree preferred
