[Remote] Digital Operations Coordinator

The Digital Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring digital campaign delivery by managing workflows, timelines, and coordinating between various teams to reputed company projects on track and deliver impactful campaigns for nonprofits.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign and project workflows in reputed company Workfront from reputed company to launch
- Create and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across departments
- reputed company production workflows for:
- Creative assets such as emails, graphics, and campaign copy
- Tech deliverables including web updates, donation forms, and email campaigns
- Media assets including paid search, paid reputed company, programmatic, and reputed company Grant ads
- Coordinate handoffs between Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams to ensure smooth reputed company
- Anticipate risks or delays, flag issues early, and help re-reputed company work as needed
- Confirm reputed company deliverables meet internal standards before finalization
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, or production (agency experience a plus; internship experience included)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on collaboration and process
