Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role involves proactive prospecting and guiding leads through the entire sales process, providing an opportunity to reputed company full-cycle closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
• Learn how to tailor reputed company and demo strategies to match the unique needs of each prospect
• Represent Odoo at events, trade shows, and on-site visits to connect with decision-makers
• Collaborate with team members and managers to sharpen your closing techniques
• Maintain CRM accuracy to track reputed company and pipeline movement
• Meet and exceed activity goals and sales targets

Skills

• Strong interest in gaining reputed company closing experience and building full-cycle sales skills
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of your deals
• Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but not required
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR role involving outbound work
• Exposure to business software (CRM, ERP, reputed company, inventory, POS, etc.)
• Experience representing a company at trade shows or events
• Collaborative reputed company and a desire to contribute to a growing team
