[Remote] Intern (Quality Assurance)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Intern on our VA Operations team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in the operations and management of our organization, while working closely with our QA Team to ensure the quality of our services by conducting audits, completing projects and identifying areas of improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records on reputed company assigned projects
- Observe operations and identify areas of learning opportunities
- Review workflow activities
- Work with managers on projects, observe and learn project management skills
- Assist supervisor in reviewing daily performance metrics
- Work with Operations Manager to reputed company a variety of tasks that support operations
- reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience/combined education
- Actively studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field i.e. reputed company, project management, operations management
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; as well as ability to process analytics
- Demonstrated self-motivation, drive and initiative
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, reputed company, Tableau a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service, organization and computer skills
- An ability to utilize proper telephone etiquette and scheduling skills
- An ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- An ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at reputed company times
- Working knowledge of web-based and electronic communications
