[Remote] HR Operations Coordinator - Contract

The HR Operations Coordinator will support HR Operations and reputed company, managing the employee lifecycle from reputed company to compliance, while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employee changes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Serve as a first reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain employee records and data in HRIS (reputed company), conducting audits and partnering with HRIS to resolve discrepancies and enhance workflows
  • Assist with leave tracking, benefits updates, and employee status changes, ensuring proper communication and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Licensing, Compliance, IT, Payroll, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Support HR compliance processes, including I-9 management, employee file maintenance, and internal/external audit preparation
  • Support HR programs and initiatives such as performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, and compliance audits
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, reputed company, and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews, primarily remote reputed company reputed company Teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to reputed company updates and logistical support
  • Review and process background checks, coordinating with candidates and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Conduct employment verifications and ensure timely, accurate completion of reputed company I-9 and E-Verify
  • Support New Hire Orientation, helping ensure a positive and smooth reputed company experience
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, reputed company, or HR Operations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused reputed company
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace, especially reputed company and Word
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably reputed company
  • Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Experience processing background checks and employment verifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with contingent workforce processes
  • Exposure to project management tools and workflows
