Technical Customer Support Engineer (Advisor Website)

They are seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to assist business partners with issues reputed company to their Advisor Website and other digital experiences, while also supporting the team in understanding and maintaining reputed company systems and web applications.
Responsibilities
- With guidance, learn, understand and support reputed company systems and web applications to reputed company top service to our business partners
- Understand how systems integrate with each other
- Focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes
- Ability to effectively deliver information in an understandable/appropriate manner between customers and engineers to resolve web and/or data reputed company issues
- Ability to own processes/issues and see them through to resolution which could include researching and recommending solutions for web and/or data issues

Skills
